Who this notice covers

Information used for your enquiry or order
Information may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination port, billing or delivery details, account information, vehicle preferences, messages and transaction-related documents. Account sign-in and website use can also generate technical information such as session identifiers, IP addresses and access records.
GSAT uses enquiry information to respond to your request, prepare and explain quotations, maintain communication records, provide account access, handle agreed orders, payments and export arrangements, share relevant documents, and respond to after-sales or privacy questions.
Service providers and external services
Handling your request may involve providers for hosting, email, account sign-in, inspections, transport, shipping, payment confirmation or document delivery. The information needed depends on the service and destination. Where personal information is shared, the applicable arrangements and requirements must be followed.
WhatsApp and other external links open services with their own privacy terms. Google sign-in, when used, provides information needed to identify your account.
Cookies, browser preferences and website measurement
The website uses sessions for account access. Your browser can also remember recently viewed vehicles, favourites and the name or email used for seller chat on that device. You can clear browser data when you no longer want these details remembered.
GSAT uses Google Analytics for website measurement. Google processes measurement information under its own privacy terms. Browser and service settings can affect measurement; blocking necessary cookies can affect sign-in.
Sending a vehicle enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a new marketing service. Any optional marketing programme should explain its choices and how to stop receiving messages.
Records and privacy requests
Enquiry and transaction records are retained according to their business purpose and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact GSAT if you wish to ask about your information, correct details, or request access or deletion. GSAT may need to confirm your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
Please include enough information to identify your enquiry or account, but do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
