USS auctions · Japanese USS auction buyer access · GSAT support

Real USS auction vehicles. In Japan.

Explore real Japanese USS car auctions through the official overseas buyer service—not a simulated auction catalogue. Your personal login lets you browse the USS vehicles made available to you and contact GSAT about cars you like.

This access covers USS venues only. Interested in JU or another Japanese auction group? Ask GSAT to confirm separate sourcing access. USS operates the auctions; GSAT provides independent customer support.

It starts with a simple message

You don’t need to be
an auction expert.

You tell us what matters. We help you make sense of the choices and explain each next step.

  1. 01

    Tell us your plan.

Which car do you like? What’s your budget? Where will it go? A short WhatsApp message is enough to get the conversation started.

  2. 02

    Understand your options.

We review suitable vehicles with you, explain the available condition information and prepare a cost estimate for your destination.

  3. 03

    Decide with confidence.

Agree the vehicle, bid limit, fees and deposit before any bid. If successful, we help arrange the agreed export and shipping steps.

Clear answers before a decision

Know the car.
Understand the costs.

We’ll help you read the details, ask the right questions and see what needs confirming before you commit.

Ask about a car you have in mind →
What do we know about the car?

Review the available auction-sheet notes and vehicle information. Ask about any uncertainty or additional inspection options.

What will I need to budget for?

Vehicle and auction costs, GSAT’s fee, Japan-side transport, documents and shipping. We’ll identify estimates and costs still to confirm.

Can it be imported to my country?

Discuss your destination’s requirements early. Local taxes, compliance and registration need separate confirmation before buying.

Start small. Continue when you’re ready.

Try it first.
Take the next step with us.

You don’t need to decide everything today. Browse first—we’ll explain the next step when you need it.

A little clarity goes a long way

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still unsure about something?
Just ask us →

I’ve never bought at auction. Can you help?

Yes. Start by telling GSAT the vehicle you want, your budget and your destination. We’ll explain the available vehicle information, the buying steps and costs to consider. You don’t need to understand auction terminology before contacting us.

Can I speak to GSAT before creating an account?

Yes. Use WhatsApp or email above to talk to GSAT. You can also fill in the personal-login request form on this page without creating a GSAT account. We arrange Japanese USS auction access separately after review.

Is the search trial free?

The GSAT-sponsored search trial is free for seven days after GSAT confirms your individual access is ready. Approval, eligibility and account capacity apply. The request does not create a paid subscription, place a bid or buy a car. GSAT will explain the end date and any continuation options; provider access is managed separately.

Are these real USS auctions? What about JU?

Yes. Your buyer access shows vehicles offered at real USS auctions in Japan, subject to the venues and listings available to your account. This access does not include JU or other non-USS auction groups. Ask GSAT to confirm separate sourcing access for another auction network.

Can I try an enquiry or place a bid?

You can explore listings and ask GSAT about a vehicle during your trial. If you are learning, clearly label a practice enquiry and ask GSAT for guidance; do not submit a purchase order as a test. A Japanese USS auction enquiry or proposed price is sent to the member—it is not a direct auction bid. The member places an actual bid only after GSAT confirms your instructions, agreed bid limit, fees and required vehicle deposit. No vehicle or auction result is guaranteed.

What happens after the trial?

The browsing trial remains free. If you would like to continue with full registration or buying, registration and vehicle deposits and service fees apply. GSAT explains the amounts, refund conditions and how deposits are applied in writing before you commit or pay. A vehicle bid deposit depends on the car and its value. Full registration does not give you direct USS-member bidding rights.

Are the green indicator and shipping dates live?

The green indicator means this GSAT page is accepting online trial requests. It does not mean an auction or a staff member is live. Shipping links open official carrier schedule tools; GSAT does not currently operate a live sailing-data feed on this page. Carrier dates are estimates and do not confirm space, a booking or that a vehicle is ready to ship.

How will I know the total cost?

Ask GSAT for an itemised estimate for your vehicle and destination. It should distinguish the vehicle price, auction and service fees, Japan-side costs and shipping from local taxes, compliance and registration costs. Confirm any estimates and exclusions before approving a bid.

How does my Japanese USS auction login work?

Your Japanese USS auction buyer ID is individual to you and separate from your GSAT login. We won’t publish a shared password or ask you to enter a Japanese USS auction password here. The provider normally restricts buyer access from Japan, with an initial three-week testing period described in its guidance. GSAT cannot override those rules.

Can I share auction photos or sheets?

Provider auction information is restricted. Do not republish auction photographs, sheets or other restricted content. Discuss specific lots privately through the authorised provider workflow.

What activity does GSAT record?

We count auction-guide page loads. When you’re signed in as a customer, auction-page visits, requests and auction-link clicks are linked to your GSAT account and visible only to GSAT’s designated auction administrator. A link click does not show whether you logged into the auction portal or which vehicles you viewed there.

Activity is retained for 30 days and trial requests for 180 days. Your request includes the contact details you submit. GSAT uses them for request updates and, after approval, individual Japanese USS auction registration through the provider. Guest contact details are not automatically verified and do not identify earlier anonymous page views. These feature records do not store IP addresses, Japanese USS auction passwords or auction viewing history. Email [email protected] for access or deletion questions. Normal protected backup retention is separate.
